WUI Blog

Welcome to the WUI Blog. This is where you can read about what we're up to with news, current projects, behind the scenes stories, science communication, and all other things WUI.

WUI Productions was fortunate to cover a From Burn to Bloom event where scientists and artists came together to create activities and displays that were enticing to all ages, furthering their message of wildlife recovery within the community.

Our video from the event is now on Planet Forward, featuring some burn footage from our Lasting Embers film. Go check it out if you want to see and read more about From Burn to Bloom.

If you have an event that needs video or photo content, please reach out to us. We would love to discuss your project and how our video production process can help you. We provide media production services all across Front Range, Fort Collins, and Denver.

The first two films of our new film series, “Hold Our Ground” were just released and debuted at Colorado State University (CSU) Spur on Sept. 19th. This series focuses on communicating the soil health journeys of farmers and ranchers and was produced in collaboration with the CSU Center for Science Communication.

These films are our biggest project and collaboration to date. Being able to share science in this way was made possible through the Saving Tomorrow’s Agricultural Resources (STAR) grant, and we are excited to have been able to film and produce this series.

We traveled all across the state of Colorado to connect with STAR farmers and ranchers to hear about their work and to have critical conversations about challenges, opportunities and, most importantly, foster relationships with the faces behind our food.

The “Hold Our Ground” film series seeks to use visual storytelling as a means to engage and inform both agricultural producers and the public of the importance of soil health. To learn more about this project, check out this CSU Source article.

If you’re interested in this type of project, we would love to discuss our client-focused process of producing high-quality films with you.
